We strive to meet our guests demands while continuously changing the perception of the hospitality industry. Over the last few years, we have quietly and steadfastly taken our place as a leader in the hospitality industry of corporate America, while serving some of the most well-known midscale hotel brands in key markets throughout the Alabama and Georgia region. We’re not fans of the Tru brand overall and won’t stay in another one again due to the small room size and lack of basic in-room conveniences.RAM Hotels – a dynamic, thriving, innovative hotel management company headquartered in Columbus, Georgia. My husband said the Tru brand is like “the trailer park of Hilton hotels.” Very cheap, nothing fancy. The pros: the free breakfast was fine and the location of this hotel is convenient in Prattville. Walls and floors are very thin-we could hear every step in the room above us. The floor in the room had a sticky residue on it. Again, in all of my 50 years of traveling I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t have foam pillows or even a clock in the room. Also they didn’t have foam pillows for people who have feather allergies-was told at the front desk that I should have brought my own pillow. The free coffee in lobby never had any regular coffee in it, so not having a coffee maker in the room AND it not being available in the lobby wasn’t great. If you like the normal traditional hotel room that has a good bed, coffee maker in the room, a clock, closet, dresser, etc, you’ll be disappointed.

Super small room-if you’re a “I just need a bed for a night” type of person, you might be ok. Our 1st time staying in a Tru by Hilton hotel and we weren’t impressed.
